Where stated at the top of the page delivery is FREE - There are no additional charges, what you see on the product description is what you pay
Much of the furniture incurs a nominal delivery charge which is capped at £50.00. The delivery charge is clearly shown in the shopping basket; you do not need to go to the checkout.
Delivery means
Delivery for smaller items is made by Royal Mail or Parcelforce.
Delivery for furniture is made by a national transport company who will deliver the item to the doorstep of your home. The courier company will call you to arrange a delivery time convenient to you. Small items of furniture are sent by express delivery who do not call prior to delivery, if you are not able to accept delivery they will leave a calling card for you to contact them to re-arrange delivery within their working hours.
Special Delivery
Timed or weekend deliveries can be arranged at additional cost, please contact us if this is what you require.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: When furniture is delivered you should take a moment to un-pack and inspect. The courier should allow you 20 minutes to do this. In the event that the courier cannot wait you must sign for it 'UN-CHECKED'. If you are not happy with the quality you need to instruct the courier to take the item away immediately. The courier will wait while you carry out the inspection. If you notice any damage on the packaging please make a comment about it on the delivery note.
If you are returning furniture please place back in the original packaging.
In the event you are unable to take the goods into your home yourself, please contact us so we can arrange for a two man crew. This will incur an additional charge.
Our furniture is available to UK and EU customers only and prices include delivery to Scotland. For Northern Ireland and The Channel Islands please contact us.
Furniture delivery to the European Union
Delivery to all countries in the European Union available. Please contact us for delivery prices outside the UK.
Delivery times
Small items - For mainland UK, we aim to deliver within 10 days (unless different times stated on product page). For EU, USA and other countries please allow 10-15 days. Some products have a longer delivery time which is stated on the product page.
Furniture - The delivery times for furniture vary and we aim to deliver within the timescales stated on the furniture pages
Delivery areas
We deliver to all UK mainland addresses and addresses in the Channel Islands. We also deliver to the EU, USA and most other countries for all items except furniture. Furniture can be delivered to all areas of the E.U. only.
Delivery address options
You can specify a different delivery address from your billing address. For example, if you wish to order a gift you may ask us to send it to the person directly. Just fill in your chosen delivery address details on the order form.
Furniture Deliveries
If you have not checked your furniture before the courier leaves you MUST sign for it 'Un-Checked'.
This does not affect your right to return but does help us make claims against the courier companies in the un-likely event that the furniture is damaged in transit.

Delivery Charges
We try to keep our delivery charges to a minimum. We only use careful, reliable couriers who have experience in the shipping of furniture. This does not come cheap. From our experience using the very cheap couriers often results in damage and delays.
