Most are essential for the functioning of a website, others are essential to the functioning of a successful business. We clarify 4 areas here:
1 - Cookies are essential for remembering what you have put into your basket - Imagine if a web site could not even remember this? How could you shop at all? It's a bit like going round the supermarket, filling your trolley only to discover at the checkout it's all gone! Do you have to sign something to allow you to shop?
2 - Cookies to track visitor behaviour on a website are essential - We need to know how many visitors are coming onto the website and how they found us. Shopping centres have footfall counts and track from which direction people are coming from - Web site shops need to be able to do the same. A shopping centre is not required ask permission for this basic information and neither should an on-line store. Have you ever been asked permission outside a shopping centre to be counted?
3 - Functionality cookies are designed to save you time and hassle, like remembering passwords. We do not use these.
4 - Not applicable to Asia Dragon again - We do not use these. But showing adverts to you that you maybe interested in, well nothing new about that. When you choose to buy a fishing, home decor or fashion magazine - What do you expect to find in there? Adverts related to your subject of interest. Do you sign something before you buy a magazine?
Cookies in point 1 are not included in the legislation, the government has regognised that, but, all this talk and mis-information about cookies will encourage users to simply switch them off, thus dis-abling shopping carts and other essential functions. Cookies in point 2 maybe included, cookies in point 3 & are included in new regulations. 'Free' service, such as Facebook, which so many people love will in the end become subscription based as their adverting revenues dry up. The advertisers rely on targetd adverting in order for them to pay off, this key objective will become almost impossible. We believe that this new legislation is not well thought out and is not required. Education about cookies would be a better idea.

Most of the furniture products are in stock in the UK for quick delivery. Very occasionally some of these products are out of stock temporarily and we advise you to contact us by e mail to double check the stock before ordering. For some products which are not held in the UK and where the delivery can be lenghty, it is clearly stated at the top of the category page to contact us.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the web site. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.
All sizes and measurements are approximate, however we do make every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible.

Furniture Deliveries
If you have not checked your furniture before the courier leaves you MUST sign for it 'Un-Checked'.
This does not affect your right to return but does help us make claims against the courier companies in the un-likely event that the furniture is damaged in transit.
