UK & GENERAL DELIVERY INFORMATION
PROMOTION - FREE UK MAINLAND DELIVERY ON ALL ASIA DRAGON PRODUCTS - There are no additional charges, what you see on the product description is what you pay. Free delivery is not available on some of the Amazon partner products we feature - You should order direct on tha Amazon website for these.
Delivery for smaller items is made by Royal Mail, Interlink or Parcelforce.
Delivery for furniture is made by a specialist furniture courier company who will deliver the item to the doorstep of your home. The courier company will call you to arrange a delivery time convenient to you. Occasionally, small items of furniture are sent by express delivery who do not call prior to delivery, if you are not able to accept delivery they will leave a calling card for you to contact them to re-arrange delivery within their working hours.
Two Man Delivery
In the event you are unable to take the goods into your home yourself, please contact us so we can arrange for a two man crew. This will incur an additional charge.
Furniture Delivery Special Service
For for furniture orders only the driver will deliver, unpack, assemble and position your furniture for you. Unwanted packaging will be removed also. You can opt for this in the shopping cart and there is an additional charge.
Special Delivery at Weekends
Weekend deliveries can be arranged at additional cost, please contact us if this is what you require. Otherwise simply make your order and add the option you require to your shopping basket before checkout.
Northern Ireland, Highlands and Channel Islands
Our furniture is available to UK and EU customers only and prices include delivery to mainland Scotland. For Northern Ireland and The Channel Islands please contact us.
Small items - For mainland UK, we aim to deliver within 10 days (unless different times stated on product page). For EU, USA and other countries please allow 10-15 days. Some products have a longer delivery time which is stated on the product page.
Furniture - The delivery times for furniture vary and we aim to deliver within the timescales stated on the furniture pages
Delivery address options
You can specify a different delivery address from your billing address. For example, if you wish to order a gift you may ask us to send it to the person directly. Just fill in your chosen delivery address details on the order form.
Acceptance & Inspection
IMPORTANT NOTICE: When furniture is delivered you should take a moment to unpack and inspect. The courier should allow you 20 minutes to do this. In the event that the courier cannot wait you must sign for it 'UNCHECKED'. If you are not happy with the quality you need to instruct the courier to take the item away immediately. The courier will wait while you carry out the inspection. If you notice any damage on the packaging please make a comment about it on the delivery note.
