We are still able to deliver to European Union but due the the customs and shipping fiasco, there maybe some delays.

Deliveries on some products may not be possible and we also need to assess your situation regarding recieving a delivery. Further, deliveries may take longer than usual. We need your understanding of this.
Are we still delivering to customers?
Yes, home deliveries are continuing to take place. Your you will receive a pre-delivery call a couple of days before we attempt delivery. When we call we would ask that they advise us of the following:
- If anybody at the delivery address has displayed possible coronavirus symptoms resulting in them having to self-isolate.
- If anybody living at the delivery address has decided to self-isolate as a result of being aged 70 or over, a vulnerable adult or pregnant.
If necessary we can arrange deliveries at a later date. We can also arrange for items to be left in a secure location i.e. garage or outbuilding with consent.
To help customers and our drivers to keep safe when delivering we would ask that social distancing is exercised by keeping 2 metres away. This is in line with Public Health England advice.
We are currently not asking customers to sign for deliveries.
Should customers be concerned about touching a delivery they have received?
Public Health England has said that there is no current evidence to suggest that the virus can be transmitted from packages. As extra precaution you can always carefully unpackage wearing disposable gloves or wait 3 days before unpacking. The furniture inside cannot have a live virus on it as it has all been made and packaged over a month ago and the virus cannot last anywhere near that long.
Are you still able to offer an assembly service?
The assembly service has been postponed to minimise risk and to protect customers and colleagues at this time until the situation improves.

UK & GENERAL DELIVERY INFORMATION
PROMOTION - FREE UK MAINLAND DELIVERY ON ALL ASIA DRAGON PRODUCTS - There are no additional charges, what you see on the product description is what you pay. Free delivery is not available on some of the Amazon partner products we feature - You should order direct on tha Amazon website for these.
Delivery for smaller items is made by Royal Mail, Interlink or Parcelforce.
Delivery for furniture is made by a specialist furniture courier company who will deliver the item to the doorstep of your home. The courier company will call you to arrange a delivery time convenient to you. Occasionally, small items of furniture are sent by express delivery who do not call prior to delivery, if you are not able to accept delivery they will leave a calling card for you to contact them to re-arrange delivery within their working hours.
Two Man Delivery in mainland UK
For a small additional charge we offer two man delivery to the room of your choice and un-packing. Please select that option in the checkout. This service usually takes around two weeks but sometimes can be longer.
Northern Ireland, Highlands and Channel Islands
Our furniture is available to UK and EU customers only and prices include delivery to mainland Scotland. For Northern Ireland and The Channel Islands please contact us.
Small items - For mainland UK, we aim to deliver within 10 days (unless different times stated on product page). For EU, USA and other countries please allow 10-15 days. Some products have a longer delivery time which is stated on the product page.
Furniture - The delivery times for furniture vary and we aim to deliver within the timescales stated on the furniture pages
Delivery address options
You can specify a different delivery address from your billing address. For example, if you wish to order a gift you may ask us to send it to the person directly. Just fill in your chosen delivery address details on the order form.
Acceptance & Inspection
IMPORTANT NOTICE: When furniture is delivered you should take a moment to unpack and inspect. The courier should allow you 20 minutes to do this. In the event that the courier cannot wait you must sign for it 'UNCHECKED'. If you are not happy with the quality you need to instruct the courier to take the item away immediately. The courier will wait while you carry out the inspection. If you notice any damage on the packaging please make a comment about it on the delivery note.
